Along with the Bible verse being to the right side of the cross, representing that Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the thrown. & Last but never least, the cross being substituted as the letter "T" in the word "SHIFTERS" as the perfect substitute that paid the ultimate sacrifice and that HE is always at the center!
